This place definitely knows how to treat guests right! the staff members here are so helpful and patient, making sure you have everything you need with a smile 😊. the room is lovely with a terrace and large windows that let in lots of natural light. And let's not forget the super cozy bed that you just sink into. Plus, the private bathroom is beautiful and clean.

The decoration at the ryokan was truly exquisite, reminiscent of a traditional Japanese home. From the beautiful sliding doors to the elegant tatami mats, every detail was carefully crafted. The general areas of the ryokan were also easily accessible for senior people like me, with wide hallways and handrails for support. It was such a pleasure to navigate through the serene atmosphere and take in the stunning views of the surrounding nature.

Perhaps, if I may ask for a better vacation experience for senior people, it would be helpful if the children working there could provide more information and assistance on nearby attractions and activities suitable for older individuals.

The breakfast and dinner were definitely worth it, with delicious food that I thoroughly enjoyed. I had an exceptional experience at Kazuraya and would highly recommend it.
